American style box transformer

American style box transformer is a new type of distribution equipment that places high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in transformer oil for insulation and cooling. As an important power supply unit in cable distribution networks, this product is a complete pre installed product that integrates high-voltage control, protection, substation, and distribution equipment. Product features

●Compact structure and small volume, only about 1/3-1/5 of the same capacity of domestic European style box transformers, greatly reducing the footprint;

●There are two types of cable heads: 200A elbow cable joint and 600A European front joint. The elbow cable joint is suitable for cable cross-sectional areas of 35-120mm2, and the European front joint is suitable for cable cross-sectional areas

Note:

1. The step observation layer is paved with floor tiles, and the surface layer is equipped with 46x 150 steel mesh, arranged in both directions;

2. The climbing ladder component C1 and angle steel are all ∠ 50x4;

3. During civil construction, the foundation excavation should reach the design depth and reach the original soil layer. The over excavated part can be backfilled with 8:2 graded sand and gravel;

4. After excavation of the foundation trench, the electrical grounding network should be properly installed before backfilling or cushion layer can be applied;
