Usage environment

● The ambient air temperature should not exceed+40C, not be lower than -30 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed+35C. If necessary, the capacity should be reduced according to the actual situation;

● The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

● The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40C, and a relatively high humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20C. However, consideration should be given to the possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature changes;

● The inclination of the product to the vertical surface during installation shall not exceed 5 °;

● The product should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration or impact, and it is not sufficient to prevent the components from being corroded.

Structural characteristics

● The main structure of the comprehensive distribution box is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm or more, which is bent. The structure adopts a partially welded structure, and can also adopt a frosted stainless steel double-layer insulation structure. Select SMC material according to user requirements;

● The door frame of the outdoor distribution box is equipped with a flipped waterproof backflow groove, and the upper part is equipped with a waterproof top cover. The lower eaves of the top cover and ventilation and heat dissipation holes are set on both sides of the box;

● Install distribution boxes with metering and various distribution protection functions, which can be set up with multiple independent compartments (i.e. metering room, incoming room, feeder room, compensation room) according to user requirements. It has the advantages of preventing electricity theft while ensuring reliable operation, safety, and convenience;
