KYN28A-12 armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear

KYN28A-12 armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear is a complete set of distribution equipment for 3.6-12 kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and busbar segmented system. Mainly used for power generation plants, small and medium-sized generators, industrial and mining enterprise distribution, as well as secondary substations in the electrical system for receiving and transmitting electricity, and starting large high-voltage motors, for control, protection, and monitoring purposes.

Usage environment

● Surrounding air temperature: maximum+40C; Minimum -25C;

● For users in high-altitude areas with an altitude of 1000m, please specify in the order that this product can meet the requirements of users with an altitude below 4000m;

● Relative humidity: The daily average value shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 90%;

● The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive gases or water vapor;

Product features

This switchgear consists of two main parts: a fixed cabinet body and a withdrawable component (referred to as a handcart). The shell of the switchgear and the partitions of each functional unit are made of aluminum zinc coated steel plates.

The cabinet shell has a high sealing degree to prevent equipment from being invaded by debris and pests, with a protection level of IP4X. When the circuit breaker room door is fully open, the protection level is IP2X.

All equipment operations can be carried out with the cabinet door closed.

Simple and effective locking can prevent misoperation and meet the "five prevention" requirements.

The switchgear can be installed as a double cabinet in parallel, that is, installed in a face-to-face arrangement. Due to the fact that the installation and debugging of the switchgear can all be carried out on the front side, reliable wall installation can save space; There are also non wall mounted structures suitable for double-sided maintenance, which can meet the needs of different installation scenarios.
