Product features
Each part of the fully insulated desktop substation adopts a modular installation method, and each unit can be separated and replaced.
The high and low voltage leads adopt a bus duct method, without exposed cables, with a smooth and simple appearance.
The fully insulated transformer adopts S11 and above oil immersed transformers, and the high-voltage incoming line is equipped with fully insulated cable heads, without exposed live parts, ensuring safety and reliability. The low-voltage side is installed together with a low-voltage bushing and a combination transformer, and there are maintenance doors installed on the high and low sides to facilitate the installation and maintenance of construction personnel.
The low-voltage load control box and low-voltage output compensation box are installed below the platform for easy observation and maintenance.
The traditional structure of substation has been abolished, and the fully insulated desktop substation adopts a side near line structure. The high-voltage side adopts fully insulated cable heads, and the low-voltage side outgoing lines are encapsulated without exposed live bodies.
The rack of the fully insulated desktop substation is made of new metal materials, which are corrosion-resistant, environmentally friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
The low-voltage bushing on the low-voltage side is installed together with the combined current transformer for easy installation and maintenance. The fully insulated desktop substation can be replaced as a whole. Currently, there are no other manufacturers producing it domestically or internationally.
The oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure relief valve and other gauges are installed in the high-pressure side protection box, and the tap changer is also installed in the high-pressure side protection box for easy and safe operation.
Product structure description
Fully insulated desktop substation, including stand, high-voltage protection box, low-voltage protection box, fully insulated transformer, low-voltage negative control box, and low-voltage output compensation box; The rack is installed between two electrical pillars, and the fully insulated transformer mentioned above is located on the rack. One side of the fully insulated transformer is equipped with a high-voltage protection box, and the other side of the fully insulated transformer is equipped with a low-voltage protection box; The lower part of the platform is equipped with a cable interlayer, which is connected to the platform as a whole. The cables are located inside the interlayer and there are no exposed charged bodies; The bottom end faces of the platform are connected to the low-voltage negative control box and the low-voltage output compensation box with detachable tight rings. High voltage cable trays and low voltage cable trays are respectively set on the two electrical columns.
