The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed and developed by two joint design teams according to the requirements of industry regulatory authorities, power users, and design units. It is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear that meets the national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the development needs of the power market, and can compete with existing imported products. This device is suitable for distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise buildings. In places with high automation levels such as large power plants and petrochemical systems that require computer interfaces, low-voltage complete distribution equipment is used for distribution, centralized control of motors, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), and rated current of 4000A and below.

Usage environment

The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40C, not be lower than -5C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35C;

● For users in high-altitude areas with an altitude of 1000m, please specify in the order that this product can meet the requirements of users with an altitude below 4000m;

The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40C, and a relatively high humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at+20C);

When installing the equipment, the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °;

The equipment is installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as in a place that is not sufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components;

The frame adopts 8MF cold-rolled profiles, with mounting holes of 20mm and 100mm modules on both sides of the profiles, making the frame assembly flexible and convenient.

The side frame assembly forms of the frame are designed in two ways, a fully assembled structure and a partially welded structure (side frame and crossbeam), for users to choose from.

The functional rooms of the switchgear are isolated from each other, and their compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent. The design of cable compartments makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit both up and down.

The horizontal busbar adopts a horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the busbar's ability to resist electrical forces, which is a basic measure to enable the main circuit to have high short-circuit strength.

The modulus of drawer height is 160mm. The drawer changes only in height dimensions, while its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A and below.

The drawer panel has clear markings for opening, closing, testing, and withdrawing positions. The drawer unit has a mechanical interlocking device.

The drawer inlet and outlet lines adopt connectors with the same specification of chip structure with different numbers of chips according to the current size. The connection between the unit drawer and the cable room adopts the same size rod or tube structure ZJ-1 adapter according to the current level. The connection between the 1/2 unit drawer and the cable room adopts a backboard structure ZJ-2 type adapter.

安装与使用

产品到达收货地点后，首先应当检查包装是否完整无损，发现问题应及时通知有关部门做好商务记录，共同分析原因，做好签证和善后处理。

对于不立即安装的产品，应根据正常使用条件或电气设备暂保管规程要求置于适当的场所，妥善保管。

The installation of the product should be carried out according to the following diagram. The basic channel steel and bolts used for bolt fixation should be provided by the user. When connecting the main busbar, if the surface is uneven due to transportation, storage, etc., it should be leveled before connecting and tightening. When installing the main busbar, the overlapping surface should be repaired flat, cleaned, coated with neutral Vaseline or other measures taken, and then fastened with bolts.
