GGD type low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, mining enterprises and other power users. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment in distribution systems with a frequency of 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A.


Usage environment

The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ° C, not be lower than -5 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ° C.


For users in high-altitude areas with an altitude of 1000m, please specify in the order that this product can meet the requirements of users with an altitude below 4000m;


The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40C, and a larger relative temperature is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at+20C)


When installing the equipment, the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °.


The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as in a place that is not sufficient to corrode electrical components.


When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.

Product features

The cabinet of the low-voltage fixed complete switchgear adopts a universal cabinet form, and the framework is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have 20mm modular mounting holes, with a high universality coefficient; Fully considering the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the golden ratio method is used to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division dimensions of each part, making the entire cabinet beautiful and generous. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotary movable hinge, making installation and disassembly convenient. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet and also improve the protection level of the door. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the installation parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed for easy assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the needs of the environment.

Main circuit scheme

The main circuit of GGD cabinet has been designed with 129 schemes, totaling 298 specifications (excluding schemes and specifications derived from functional changes of auxiliary circuits and control voltage changes).


Among them, GGD1 type has 46 schemes and 123 specifications; GGD2 type, 49 schemes, 107 specifications; GGD3 type, 24 schemes, 68 specifications.


The rated current is increased to 3150A, suitable for distribution transformers with a capacity of 2000kVA and below.


In addition, to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, GGJ1 and GGJ2 capacitor compensation cabinets have been designed, with 4 main circuit schemes and a total of 12 specifications.


Auxiliary circuit scheme

The design of auxiliary circuits is divided into two parts: power supply scheme and power plant scheme. There is enough space to install secondary elements in GGD cabinet, and special LMZ3D current transformer has been developed to meet the needs of relay protection attached by power plants and special users.


Selection of electrical components

1. GGD cabinets mainly use advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced domestically, such as ME, DZ20, TW30, etc.

2. The HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operated knife switches are specialized components designed to meet the unique structural requirements of GGD cabinets. They change the operating mode of the mechanism and retain the advantages of old products, making them a practical new type of electrical component.

3. When selecting new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, due to the good installation flexibility of GGD cabinets, there are generally no manufacturing and installation difficulties caused by updating the model or manufacturer of electrical components.

4. To further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, a ZMJ type combination busbar clamp and insulation support component for GGD cabinet were designed. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength and flame-retardant PPO alloy material thermoplastic molding, with high insulation strength, good self extinguishing performance, and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar clamp or a double busbar clamp by adjusting the block type module. The insulation support is a sleeve type molded structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the problem of insufficient creepage distance in old products.
