Amorphous alloy transformer

Amorphous alloy is a new type of strip material. Amorphous alloy materials do not have a crystal structure, have low magnetization power, high resistivity, and therefore low eddy current losses. Using this material as an iron core can produce a new type of energy-saving transformer, which is an ideal product for the upgrading of distribution networks.

The iron core is a coiled iron core structure, with a three-phase five column structure and a rectangular cross-section. The coil is rectangular, and the high voltage is wound with acetal enameled wire, while the low voltage is wound with oxygen free copper wire or copper foil to increase the transformer's ability to withstand short circuits. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to avoid the influence of high-order harmonics, has strong resistance to unbalanced loads, and significantly improves the quality of power supply. The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection, which can completely eliminate bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance. The oil storage tank has been cancelled, and a plate type radiator has been replaced by an oil pipe as a cooling component. There is an air cushion on the oil tank, which can be compressed with the expansion of the transformer oil volume. The transformer oil is isolated from the atmosphere to prevent and slow down the deterioration of oil quality and insulation moisture, enhance operational reliability, and operate normally without maintenance.
